How do I log in to online banking for the first time?

Initial username and password/registration code

  • Temporary username
    • Your temporary username is your member number. This number can be found at the top left corner of the Membership Application, which is included within your new account documents. If you opened your account online, you also received a welcome email that includes the account number. Your member number can be identified by excluding the first two zeros of the account number in the email.
    • If your banker instructed you to use our business banking options, your temporary username was emailed to you.

  • Temporary password/registration code
    • Your temporary password/registration code was provided by the banker who opened the account. If you opened your account online, this information was sent to you by email.
    • If your banker instructed you to use our business banking options, your temporary username was emailed to you.
    • Please call us if you do not have a registration code. We know this can be inconvenient, but we'll try to make it quick!

  • Additional information
    • We're here to help! Contact us at 602-683-1088, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and we'll be happy to help if you're unable to locate your temporary username or password/registration code.
    • Don't forget to visit your app store to download the Arizona Financial app! Most members, including dba and sole proprietorship accounts, will use the app for personal accounts. How do I locate my account number in mobile banking?
Review the steps to locate your account number.
  • The ACH and MICR numbers displayed can be used to order checks or establish direct deposit or electronic withdrawals. (A MICR number is the account number included at the bottom of your checks)
  • Arizona Financial's routing number is 322172797.

To obtain a direct deposit form with a voided check:

  • Log in to online banking from a desktop or laptop device. (If your banker instructed you to use our Business Banking options, please contact us at 602-683-1000 for assistance obtaining a form.)
  • Once you're logged in, click on the "Additional Services" tab in the blue bar at the top of the page and select "Direct Deposit Form." Use the drop-down options available on the image of the check to indicate if you'd like the check to display information for your checking or savings account.
What is your routing/ABA number?

If you’re establishing an electronic deposit or withdrawal, you’ll also need your account number, which can be found within online baking or mobile banking.

Access your direct deposit form online
You can easily access your direct deposit form (which displays your account number) from a desktop computer or laptop. Simply follow these easy steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • Select “Additional Services” from the blue bar at the top of the page
  • Select “Direct Deposit Form” from the list provided
  • Within the image of the check, click the drop-down menu to select the account you’d like to receive the deposit
  • Please contact us for this form if your banker has instructed you to use our business banking platform.
Note: The account number that displays within the check can be used for electronic withdrawals, in addition to electronic deposits.

How can I dispute a Visa transaction?

It's easy to file a dispute online for any fraudulent, unauthorized, or incorrect debit or credit card transaction.

Submit your dispute through online banking:

  • Log in to online banking (desktop or laptop). This form is not available in the mobile app.
  • Select “Additional Services” from the blue bar at the top of the page
  • Select “Secure Forms” from the options provided
  • Select “Dispute a Visa Transaction” and follow the prompts for information
  • Helpful tip! Your online banking session will time out after 20 minutes and the form will need to be resubmitted.

Give us all of the details! Please use the comment section to tell us what happened so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

If the transaction is considered fraudulent, the impacted card number will be blocked in order to prevent additional fraudulent transactions.

How do I order a new debit card?

If your card is worn or damaged, simply contact us or send us a secure email via online banking. If your card is lost, stolen, or has unauthorized charges, please call 866-599-5615 to block your card.

To order a replacement card, visit any of our branches to obtain an instantly issued card (not available for business accounts, call us at 602-683-1000, Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., or send us a secure email.

Simply log in to online banking from a desktop computer, select “Additional Services” from the blue bar at the top of the page and then select “Email Us”.

Wire Instructions: Request by Phone

To initiate a wire transfer by phone, instructions must be provided to us by phone and in writing.

General information

  • Wire transfers can be initiated by visiting any of our branches or by calling us on weekdays at 602-683-1000 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Requests submitted weekdays by 1 p.m. may be processed the same day. The fee to send a domestic wire transfer is $18 per wire.
  • The fee to send a wire to a destination outside of the United States is $45.
    • Wires to destinations outside of the United States are available for business accounts only

Step 1: phone call
Please call 602-683-1000 so that one of our experts can initiate the wire transfer request. We’ll ask you about the following information:

  • Your Arizona Financial account number
  • Your daytime phone number
  • The routing & transit number of the receiving financial institution (nine digits long)
  • The name of the receiving financial institution
  • The city and state the receiving financial institution is located
  • The amount of the transfer
  • The name and address of the recipient/beneficiary
  • The account number of the recipient/beneficiary

Step 2: Signed instructions and photo ID
We ask that you please provide a signed copy of your government-issued photo ID, as well as the signed Wire Transfer Request Form. Please contact us if you are unable to sign and return the Wire Transfer Request form.

Email/fax authorization:
The signed Wire Transfer Request Form and photo identification can be sent to us through secure email within online banking.

  • Simply log in to online banking
  •  Click "Support" on the top right side of the page
  • Select "Secure Email" from the options provided
The documents can also be faxed to 602-683-1908. If sending via fax, please enlarge the copy of the ID to 200%.
