Latest Updates - As of February 26, 2021

  • Mobile banking will be unavailable beginning at 3 p.m., Friday, February 26 until Monday, March 1. Online banking is available for inquiries only.
  • Online and mobile banking login credentials for consumer accounts were sent to the primary account owner on February 24.
  • Online and mobile banking login credentials for business accounts will be sent to the primary account owner on March 1.
  • Debit cards were mailed on February 10. If you have not received your card and were expecting one, please contact us.
  • Conversion guides were mailed to each primary account owner on February 3, along with new Member Numbers. Contact us if you do not receive yours.
  • Although account numbers are changing, automatic transfers, deposits and withdrawals will post to your account as usual.

Account Statements

You’ll receive your February month-end statements as usual with delivery in early March.

Beginning with March 2021 month-end statements (delivered in early April), your statements will have a new look but will contain all the same information you are accustomed to receiving.

Account conversion is the process of transitioning legacy Pinnacle Bank accounts and services to Arizona Federal’s core banking systems. This conversion will provide members with many exciting benefits, like an expanded network of branches, 24/7 account support, and new loan and account options.

Yes, as part of the account conversion, you’ll be receiving a Member Number and new account number(s). This information will be sent to the primary account owner. Review the Conversion Guide for more information.

One March 1, you will be able to log in to online banking or the mobile app to retrieve your full account number to use for automated deposits, payments and withdrawals.

Yes, automatic transfers, deposits and withdrawals will post to your account as usual. Although we will redirect your automatic transactions, we recommend that you give your new MICR account number to any person or company that automatically debits or credits your account. We ask that you complete these updates by August 30, 2021.

You will be able to log in to your account beginning March 1 after account conversion has been completed.

Personal Accounts
  • For most members, usernames will not change.
  • During the week of February 25, we will send a temporary password to the primary account owner’s email address.
  • Primary account owners will have the option to share account access with other users. See Page 11 of your Account Conversion Guide for details.
Business Accounts

We will be reaching out to business account owners with additional guidance and instructions. Please be sure we have an up-to-date phone number, business address and email address on file so we can reach you.

Debit cards will be mailed in mid-February and typically take 7-10 business days to arrive. Contact us at (602) 683-1728 if you have not received your cards.

Please activate your card as soon as you receive it by calling 1-866-599-5615. You can begin using your new debit card on or after March 1, 2021.

Stop using your old card on Sunday, February 28 at 11 p.m. Arizona time. During conversion weekend (February 25 - March 1), you may wish to have an alternate form of payment (e.g., cash, credit card) available. Although we do not anticipate any issues during the conversion process, it’s a good plan to have a backup form of payment on hand.

On or after March 1, please notify any vendors that use your old card number for recurring transactions (e.g., streaming services, health clubs, etc.) of your new card number.

On or after March 1 you can:

  • Begin using your new Visa® debit card for purchases or to get cash from an ATM
  • Log in to online banking or the mobile app. Refer to the information you received by email and in the Conversion Guide
  • Visit any Arizona Federal branch or Business & Home Loan Center
  • Call member services at (602) 683-1000

Beginning March 1, you can visit any Arizona Federal branch or Business & Home Loan Center for service. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we suggest you make an appointment in advance to limit potential wait times. (Appointments are not available at Business & Home Loan Centers at this time; walk-in traffic is welcome.)

You’ll also have access to nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs that are part of the CO-OP ATM network.
