Justine began her financial career with Bank of America. She soon realized her passion lies in community banking. After joining Arizona Federal in 2015 as a client service representative, she was recognized for her strong rapport with members and was promoted to branch manager and then to business banking officer.

Her commitment to working with local small business owners and providing them with financial solutions mirrors her enthusiasm for forging long-term relationships and connections within the community.

Justine is an avid driver of various volunteer and philanthropic efforts at Arizona Federal, including Run for Ryan House, St. Mary’s Food Bank and Make-A-Wish. In her spare time, she enjoys raising her four young children with her husband Anthony.

Jacky works with Arizona’s small business owners to deliver creative banking solutions to manage their finances. Jacky believes in personalized service and convenience to solve challenges and help companies achieve their goals. She has supported local business owners for more than seven years and is committed to serving the financial needs of the community. Jacky is an Arizona State University alumni and enjoys exploring Arizona on the weekends.

Dorene has more than 25 years of banking experience in various roles. She eventually decided to work for a community-based financial institution because she enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering and helping local businesses.

She began her career with Arizona Federal in 2017 as a client services representative and six months later, she was promoted to branch manager. In August 2018 she opened the Tempe/Broadway location, and in July 2019 she was promoted to business services officer. Dorene enjoys working with local businesses to match them with accounts and services suitable for their needs and prides herself in developing excellent rapport with her members.

Dorene has two sons and two cats and enjoys hiking on the weekends.

Ruby has more than 15 years of banking experience. She has worked at some of the nation’s largest banks but has worked with Arizona Federal since 2017. Ruby enjoys connecting with her clients and providing them with financial solutions. Her experience and knowledge has allowed her to become a trusted partner within the community.

She is a native to Arizona. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and is a huge advocate in the fitness industry.

 

Business Loan Officers

Contact a Business Loan Officer for assistance with commercial real estate loans, equipment loans and Small Business Administration loans.

Randall serves as the EVP of commercial lending, leading credit administration, portfolio management and loan operations. He has a robust background in commercial and small business lending at both large and smaller community banking institutions. Randall joined Arizona Federal in 2015.

Jared is an SBA loan officer with more than 10 years of community banking experience, with the last seven years at Arizona Federal. Having worked with community banks and credit unions for his entire career, he has learned the value in supporting our community and its small businesses.

For the last four years, Jared has developed an expertise in both SBA 7(a) and 504 lending programs, which has allowed him to become a trusted resource for lenders, brokers, accountants and small business owners. He worked on the retail side of banking prior to doing SBA loans. This knowledge has allowed him to fully understand the importance of relationship banking.

He is a native to Arizona. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. When time permits, he enjoys supporting and volunteering with local non-profits focused on families and children.

Scott has more than 15 years of commercial banking experience. He has worked at some of the nation’s largest banks but spent the past 5 years with Arizona Federal. Scott has extensive loan origination experience in income producing properties, commercial construction, owner-occupied real estate, SBA lending to businesses, and commercial appraisals. Through the years, Scott has originated over $600 million in commercial loans. Scott’s clients benefit from local decision making, quick decisions and hands-on underwriting and closing teams.

Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with his busy daughter, volunteering with a local cancer organization and staying active in the Arizona sun.

Mike is a Commercial Loan Officer with more than 20 years of commercial and private banking experience. With the constantly changing lending environment – whether the changes are market driven, regulatory or consumer driven – Mike has learned how to adapt and help members through all aspects of the lending process to meet their needs.

Outside of work, Mike’s hobbies are cooking, movies and traveling. His go-to vacation spots are Coronado, California; Tucson; and Park City, Utah. He also enjoys golf, skiing, surfing and sailing. Mike stays in shape by jogging and likes riding his bike as much as possible, especially around Old Town Scottsdale.
