With that in mind, we currently provide financial services and expertise to over 130,000 members (and counting) throughout the Valley who have decided that there's a much better alternative to mega-banks. As a not-for-profit, membership based organization, our motives are pure - to create value for our member-owners. We do this by helping them to achieve their financial goals and to reduce their stress through empowerment and financial education. We're also committed to equipping our members and staff with technology (mobile apps, tablets, etc.) that saves time and increases convenience.

Apply for a position at one of our ServUs Centers, and become one of the enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals who welcome and enroll new members, and then serve as their personal financial experts helping them to manage their finances, obtain loans, acquire insurance, and activate other benefits of membership - or who do this by phone with a position in our call center.

Do you prefer working behind the scenes? Apply for a position in a support department, and become one of the key support staff that keeps our operation running safe & sound, and equip our member-facing folks with all of the tools they need to deliver exceptional service and value.
