This year, three positions on the Board of Directors need to be filled. Visit the voting website for more information about the candidates and to cast your vote. It’s easy! You’ll just need to enter your Arizona Federal Member Number and ZIP code when you vote.


To locate your Member Number

You can find your Member Number in online banking or the mobile app by following the instructions below.

  1. Log in to online banking or the mobile app.
  2. Click or tap on your Checking or Savings account.
  3. On the Account History screen, tap or click the Account Details link to see your full account number (ACH number).
  4. To determine your Member Number, drop the first 6 digits of your ACH number and any leading zeros.

To Cast Your Vote
  1. Have your Member Number ready (see instructions above) and visit the voting website.
  2. Review the candidate bios to learn about the four (4) candidates that are running for the three (3) open positions.
  3. Click “Begin Voting” and enter your Member Number and Zip Code.
    NOTE: Use your lowest numbered Member Number and remove any leading zeros.
  4. Select up to three (3) candidates you would like to elect.
  5. Submit your vote!

If you would prefer to vote by phone or request a paper ballot, please call 1-877-969-2310. All votes must be in by 11:59 p.m. on April 9, 2021.


Arizona Federal 2021 Board of Directors Election FAQ

Members can vote between March 12 and April 9, 2021.

As a member-owned cooperative, Arizona Federal members have the right to vote for their member-elected, volunteer Board of Directors. The Board of Directors oversee the cooperative and have a hand in the direction our credit union moves in the future.

Visit the voting website to access the ballot and candidate information. Members will be asked to log in or verify their membership before they are able to vote.

If a member is unable to vote online, they can vote by phone or request a paper ballot by calling 1-877-969-2310.

The member will be asked for their Member Number (without any leading zeroes) and their Zip code.

  • Primary members who are 18 years of age or older and became a member before end of day March 10, 2021, are eligible to cast one vote. Accounts must be in good standing.
  • Joint account holders are not eligible to vote
  • For business accounts that are not in the account holder’s name, a voting agent must be designated in writing to vote for the business entity.
    • The business account holder can submit the Business Resolution Addendum form to designate a representative to vote in Board Elections on the behalf of the business.
    • The form must be returned by March 31, 2021.

Members may vote for up to three (3) candidates. There are four (4) candidates running for three (3) open positions on the Board of Directors.

No, members may only vote once using their oldest active Member Number. Once they submit their vote, they will not be able to vote again or change their vote.
