Frequently Asked Questions

Branch lobbies are primarily restricted to appointments only. Some walk-in traffic may be allowed if social distancing guidelines permit. For the fastest service, we encourage all members to request an appointment.

Branch drive-thru and ATM access remains available. We will continue to follow best practices for the health and safety of our members and employees.

As an essential service provider, Arizona Federal has remained open to serve our members throughout the entire pandemic. We have put sensible restrictions in place – like branch appointments and social distancing measures – based on local and federal guidance.

We will continue to modify operations as needed to promote health, safety and a high level of member service.

Our employees are wearing face coverings to protect you, so we ask that you do the same for us. Based on the latest CDC recommendations, a cloth or fabric face covering is required for all branch lobby appointments. Please come prepared or your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

If you enter your phone number when prompted for a call back (offered M-F, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.), we will keep your place in line and the next available team member will return your call.

Hardship Loans. If you've lost your job or your income has been impacted due to the coronavirus, you may be eligible. Call (602) 683-1730 for questions or to apply.
