Arizona Federal’s PFM Support

Your Arizona Federal account information is available to be downloaded into PFM (Personal Finance Manager) software programs. These programs allow you to sort and track the data using budgeting, graphing, and other planning tools.

Which PFM programs are supported?

Arizona Federal account information is available to be downloaded into:

  • Quicken® – from 2006 versions through current releases
  • QuickBooks® – from 2006 versions through current releases
  • Microsoft Money – from 2006 versions through current releases

What Arizona Federal account information is available to be downloaded?

Activity for the past 90 days is available for the following account types:

  • Checking
  • Savings
  • Certificates
  • Loans

Once downloaded, you can store the history for as long as you like within the PFM software. Credit card activity/information is not currently available but will become available in a future upgrade.

How do I register or begin the download process?

You can begin the process right from within your PFM software! Simply use the feature to add a new account, and select Arizona Federal (it may appear as Arizona FCU) from the list of available online financial institutions. Follow the on-screen instructions and you’ll be downloading your data in minutes.

What do I do if my download is unsuccessful?

PFM Download Process Overview

Once you register/setup an account through your PFM software, a request will be sent to our secure server to access your account information. The account activity will be sent back to your computer into the PFM software.

Download Password

You must select a password within the PFM programs in order to download Arizona Federal transactions. This password is separate from your CU Online password. If you so choose, you can make it identical - but the two are not “connected” in any way. When you are required to change your CU Online password, the password you use for the PFM downloads will not be affected.

If you forget your PFM download password, you will need to re-register your account for the download process. To do this, please contact us at (602) 683-1088 or through email within CU Online. We will delete your inaccessible account so that you can re-register to establish a new PFM password.

Support We Can Provide

We’re happy to work with you to ensure that your account is successfully activated for the transaction download process, and we can assist in resolving any related errors that may result.

We’re unable to provide assistance related to the installation or use of the PFM programs themselves. Please direct functionality questions to the software provider through their web sites or using their online help menus.

Support Documents

If you contact us for assistance by phone at (602) 683-1088 the technical support consultant may refer you to one of the documents below. The length of time to complete the instructions varies greatly depending on your PFM software, your experience with it, and any other conflicts that may arise due to other programs installed on your computer.
