Arizona
Federal is proud of the commitment
so many of our members have made to
improving their communities by volunteering
their time. To help make that commitment
even more effective, we offer the
Community Partners volunteer grant
program. Through Community Partners,
Arizona Federal makes financial contributions
to nonprofit organizations to supplement
the volunteer efforts of our members.
How
it works
To qualify
for a Community Partners grant, a
member must volunteer at least 25
hours to a single organization during
a calendar year. Volunteer work may
consist of anything done without compensation,
from reading to a child, or painting
the home of an elderly citizen, to
keeping the books at a social service
agency.
Once the
volunteer commitment is fulfilled,
the member and organization may complete
the application section of this brochure
and mail it to Arizona Federal. If
the organization qualifies, it will
then receive a $50 check from the
credit union.
